2022 ANDOVER RUNNING CAMP and STRENGTH TRAINING COMPONENT
The Andover Running Camp is designed to meet the endurance, strength, and speed requirements of all athletes. If you are looking to improve your endurance, speed, and strength for any sport, then this camp is for you.
This summer the strength component for cross country will be conducted in the new school weight room. Sign up for Session 7, which meets M & W 10:00am-11:30am. There is an additional $65 fee for this portion of the training.
