Holly from the Applejack CC committee for the Lakeville North meet contacted us letting us know that t-shirts are available for purchase if anyone is interested.

Thank you to everyone who came out yesterday to the time trial! The kids did a great job!!
It is great to see a lot of new faces! Thank you also for your donations of food for the picnic. We had a great variety and it was all super good!!

Thank you to those that helped out with the Cub Foods Bagging !! The total raised in tips was just under $1,200.00! Great job kids!! (Thanks to the parents that helped also)

Today is the last day to get your apparel orders in. The store closes on August 20th at 11:59pm (tonight).

All the practices will be at 8:30 AM

Quick reminders for Saturday the 19th.
Runners will be meeting up at the high school at 7:30 (times have changed due to the weather).

The time trial will be at Purple Park (North of the YMCA).
Girls run starts at 9:00am
Boys run starts at 9:30am
Picnic will start around 11:00am

For those that were not at the parent meeting we asked for a $200 check from everyone to put towards some needs for the team. We are also planning on doing some fundraisers. If your athlete sells an amount of $200 in total with the fundraisers they participate in, you will get your check back.
If you choose not to do any fundraising you can also donate your $200 check to the team. Please let our treasurer (Dennis Downs) or someone from the booster club know.

Venmo is also accepted: Andover XC Team @Andover/XCTeam (4 digit phonr number, if prompted: 4054). Please also note your runner’s name in the comments.
Dennis Downs will be available Saturday to help with this.

We will have hard copy forms of the ButterBraid fundraiser that is happening right now.
50/50 Raffle tickets will be available for the Beef O’Brady’s fundraiser happening on September 17th 12:00pm -4:00pm.

T-shirts, hats and visors will also be available for purchase. (These are different than from the apparel store).

Lastly: Thank you so much to everyone who has already signed up for helping out on some of the SignUp Genius’ we have out. You all are amazing!!
We had a slight change in the Cub Foods bagging and could use one more athlete on Sunday August 20th from the 12-2pm spot.
