We wanted to send out another reminder to sell Raffle tickets. We know several reminders have been sent out, but we wanted parents to know how the funds from fundraisers are spent to be transparent with the team. The Raffle tickets, along with the other fundraising, helps the Booster Club pay for expenses such as coach pay, uniforms, team building activities, end-of-year banquet, equipment and more. Last year the Board did not fundraise, so we are trying to recoup from last year to ensure future teams have minimal impact.

We have several Runners that have not sold Raffle tickets so far. If your Runner needs Raffle tickets, please contact Teri at babineau@q.com or any other Board Member.

It’s a 50/50 Raffle. Tickets are $1.00 each. The drawing will be held Thursday, September 23, 2021 at the Beef O’Brady’s fundraiser.

We are in need of photographers for the Varsity and JV race on Thursday. Please know that you do not need to have professional camera to take photos either. We want to ensure we get photos throughout the season for the end of the season video at the banquet, so we need parents help taking photos throughout the season. If your interested, please sign up on sign up genius. You can then email the photos to the board after the race.

The Naked Beef Fundraiser is available online. There are 5 packages available to purchases for the fundraiser. When ordering please, be sure to put the Runner’s name in the comments. You can find the pdf for the fundraiser, along with a sale tracking sheet, on the documents page of the team website.

Last day to order is September 9, 2021. Packages will be available for pickup and delivery on September 10, 2021.
