Our next Booster Club meeting will be on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.

We are all set for the banquet tonight. This is a reminder that our event is an extension of the high school so we are asking attendees to wear masks and social distance. Table seating will allow for social distancing and athletes will be seated toward the front. The temperatures will be cool so dress appropriately and feel free to bring a blanket as the entire event will be about 2 hours long.

The banquet is still on for Tuesday, October 27th. +With the colder weather if anyone has any type of outdoor heaters, please reach out to Lisa Gerth at pl.gerth@gmail.com ASAP. +

At the banquet, please keep in mind that while gathering, try to stay in family groups. Stay socially distanced & masked. Most importantly, we need to emphasize that any of the typical “buddy photos” should be done with masks.

Andover XC Booster

Date: Tuesday, October 27th
Where: Ham Lake Lions Park – 1204 157th Ave. NE Ham Lake 55304
When: 4:30 pm Social & Pictures
5:00 pm Welcome, Dinner & Banquet

Dinner will be provided by the Mansetti’s FOOD TRUCK

Cost per person is $13 and includes: A combo meal from the Mansetti’s Food Truck that includes pasta, pizza, breadstick, beverage and a gourmet bakery cupcake! (Gluten Free option pizza is available as well – note this on the form below.)

Banquet Procedures: This event is an extension of the high school season and masks will be required during the event, with the exception of when you are eating. We will have seating spaced to allow for social distancing. We are asking that families limit attendance to this event to parents and not siblings due to the capacity of the facility.

Please RSVP by October 20th. Form with mailing instructions is attached. This is a short timeline as we have needed to move up date due to hosting an outdoor event.
