Butter Braid pick-up is today Wednesday Sept 20th from 5-6pm. They can be picked up in the bus loop parking lot (we will be in the northeast part). Reminder they are frozen and need to remain frozen until ready to bake.
We are in the process of forming a banquet committee and looking for volunteers to help with set up, take down decorations, ideas for senior gifts, coaches gifts (help putting them together), senior picture boards, putting together an end of season video, etc.
The banquet this year will be at Margie’s Kitchen & Cocktails. We have the date set as November 7th. More details will be given in a couple weeks on this.

Mark Jendro is also in the process of putting together a google drive folder for pictures of all your athletes for the end of season video. We will let you know when that is ready for you to upload any photo’s you have of your athlete.

11:40 AM – Girls Gold 5000m Race (10 entries maximum) (Runners 11-20)
12:10 PM – Boys Gold 5000m Race (10 entries maximum) (Runners 11-20)
12:40 PM – Girls Varsity 5000m Race (top 10 entries – for teams not racing Griak)
1:10 PM – Boys Varsity 5000m Race (top 10 entries – for teams not racing Griak)
THANK YOU SO MUCH to all the parents and athletes who have stepped up so far to volunteer today. You all are awesome!! We have only a couple spots left to fill. We could use* one more girl from the 12-1* time slot and
two more boys from the 3-4 slot.
Looks like the girls are already ahead! Boys don’t let the girls pull ahead before we even start, let’s get two more to fill it up! It’s only for one hour. This is going to be a great fundraiser for the team! We need all hands on deck! THANK YOU!!!

We will be having the athletes and parents volunteering in one hour shifts. (We cannot have the whole team there at the same time-it would take up too much space in the restaurant).
